About this course
A short, soothing yoga series focused on releasing built-up tension and reconnecting with your body when you feel numb, shut down, or frazzled.
What you'll learn
- Use simple poses to calm your nervous system on hard days.
- Reconnect to your breath when you feel stuck in your head.
- Learn go-to “reset” sequences for evenings and mornings.
- Build a tiny “emergency” practice for difficult emotional spikes.
Requirements
- Soft surface (mat, carpet, or blanket).
- A pillow or cushion for support.
- Optional: blanket for comfort and warmth.
- 5–20 minutes of relatively quiet time per session.
